What is salt therapy?

Salt therapy, also called halotherapy, is the practice of enjoying fine, dry salt mist in a quiet, comfortable space. It is a simple tradition inspired by the salt rooms of Europe, now made easy for the home.

Our halotherapy devices release pharmaceutical grade salt ina gentle, dry form. There is nothing to plumb, build, or install.

How to use it

1. Choose your space.

Place your Haloflex in a small, enclosed area if using inside such as an infrared sauna, or other dry enclosure. A patio is also a good option. Halopocketpro is compact enough to use wherever you are.
